I'd like to do that with just the base game but again goodluck coordinating more than a couple people that can agree on everything and stick with the game until the end. I've literally never been able to play a MP game for any decent length of time in this game and it's not due to bad design or anything just that this type of game requries alot of time and people that play it tend to be incredibly particular about how they play it. With a large mod like that I doubt you find all the people that agree on which version and rules to use as well as being available to play at the same time.
